Authors: Skorkina, M. Yu.; Yarosh, A .A.; Sladkova, Eu. A.; Zubareva, E. V.; Shamray, E. A.
Abstract: With application of techniques of atomic force microscope investigation, we studied properties and topography of blood cells’ surfaces in patients with acute lymphoblastic and myeloblastic leucosis. It was stated that development of acute forms of lymphoblastic and myeloblastic types of proliferation is accompanied with reduction of stiffness of cell surface and increase of surface potential</summary>

Authors:

Authors: Tikunova, T. S.; Belyaeva, S. S.; Cherkashina, O. V.; Klochkova, G. N.
Abstract: In the investigation that was performed, the authors studied the structure and properties of lymphocytes’ surfaces in patients with chronic lymphoblastic leukemia with application of atomic force microscopy technology. It was stated that development of chronic lymphoblastic leukemia is characterized with circulation of immature forms of lymphocytic series in peripheral bloodstream, for which increase of surface potential by 456% (p&lt;0.05) as compared with control group, is typical</summary>
