Authors: Bibik, E.Yu.; Bukhtoyarova, D.R.; Krivokolysko, S.G.
Abstract: Derivatives of 1,4-dihydropyridines from a series of α-cyanothioacetamide derivatives are a potentially promising class of compounds with analgesic activity. The most pronounced hepatoprotective properties were shown by the compound with the code d02-123</summary>

Authors: Shmigerova, V.S.; Stepenko, Yu.V.; Kurbatova, A.A.; Zhunusov, N.S.; Lyapkalov, N.S.
Abstract: Neurodegenerative diseases affecting neurons represent a wide spectrum of pathological conditions. To slow the accumulation of pathological tau protein, therapeutic interventions such as a pharmaceutical composition consisting of the tetrapeptide HAEЕ, zinc, and albumin may be employed. The pharmaceutical composition HAEE-Zn-HSA at a dosage of 75 mg/kg, using a model of homozygous mice from a transgenic line with overexpression of human mutant tau protein P301S, demonstrated high levels of adaptive and exploratory activity and improved motor function</summary>

Authors: Pyurveev, S.S.; Lebedev, A.A.; Bychkov, E.R.; Shabanov, P.D.
Abstract: This study explores the effects of kisspeptin-10 on impulsivity, compulsivity, and reinforcement mechanisms. Kisspeptin-10 dose 1 mg/kg significantly modulates impulsive and compulsive behaviors, as well as reinforcing mechanisms, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target for conditions characterized by dysregulated decision-making and compulsivity</summary>
