Title: Pleiotropic effects of erythropoietin. Influence of erythropoietin on processes of mesenchymal stem cells differentiation
Authors: Zubareva, E. V.; Nadezhdin, S. V.; Burda, Y. E.; Nadezhdina, N. A.; Gashevskaya, A. S.
Abstract: The article notes that рuman recombinant erythropoietin is characterised as a factor which stimulates differentiation and proliferation of erythroid precursor cells, and as a tissue protective factor. Erythropoietin is one of the most perspective humoral agents which are involved in the preconditioning phenomenon

Pharmacological modulation of cell functional activity with valproic acid and erythropoietin

Title: Pharmacological modulation of cell functional activity with valproic acid and erythropoietin
Authors: Golubinskaya, P. A.; Sarycheva, M. V.; Burda, S. Y.; Puzanov, M. V.; Nadezhdina, N. A.
Abstract: Valproic acid (VA) is carboxylic acid with a branched chain, which is used as an antiepileptic drug. VA, which is an antiepileptic drug, is also a teratogen, which causes defects of a neural tube and an axial skeleton, although the mechanisms are not yet fully clear. It is shown that valproic acid reduces the intracellular level of oxygen active forms

Immune-metabolic genesis of pathological processes

Title: Immune-metabolic genesis of pathological processes
Authors: Zemskov, A. M.; Berezhnova, T. A.; Zemskova, V. A.; Dyadina, K. S.; Kulintsova, Y. V.
Abstract: This article deals with metabolic-immune processes at rest and under stress conditions, which, in turn, results in the development of immune-dependent and immune-associated disorders. The authors also analyzed metabolic effects of immunomodulators. Based on the analysis of the literature and own clinical and experimental data, the authors identified the ability of metabolic factors to regulate immunological processes

The study of the endothelial protective properties of the L-norvaline combination with mexidol in the simulation of L-NAME-induced NO deficiency

Title: The study of the endothelial protective properties of the L-norvaline combination with mexidol in the simulation of L-NAME-induced NO deficiency
Authors: Konovalova, E. A.; Chernomortseva, E. S.
Abstract: The endothelium is considered as a target for the prevention and treatment of pathological processes leading to cardiovascular diseases. A combination of L-norvaline at a dose of 10 mg/kg and mexidol at a dose of 60 mg/kg against the background of L-NAME-induced endothelial dysfunction has a pronounced endothelial protective effect. The investigated drugs showed pronounced endothelial protective activity and can be recommended for further pre-clinical studies
