Abstract: | This paper presents the results of spectral analysis of the surface of a polysulfone fiber (channel) after passing an electron beam with an energy of 10 keV through it. This work is a continuation of the study of the dependence of the number of electrons transmitted without loss of energy through a lattice formed from hollow polysulfone fibers on the angle of rotation of the lattice around the vertical axis |
