Abstract: | The article is devoted to the Visegrad Group that includes such “new” EU member - states, as Poland, Hungary, the Czech and Slovak Republics. The authors try to reveal a possibility of their consolidated policy towards Russia within the European Union. They come to a conclusion that, despite differences of interests, the common approach is possible in regard to Eastern dimension of ENP and especially on energy security matters, though it will not have a clearly binding character |
