Abstract: The purpose of this work is to study the evident and hidden changes in the structure and properties of the ABC microbiome when exposed to drugs, including antibiotics (using ceftriaxone, a common antibiotic, and a group of cephalosporins as an example) and nonsteroidal anti–inflammatory drugs (diclofenac as an example)
