Citation: Peculiarities of the pyroelectric current generated using a LiNbO₃ single crystal driven by low-frequency sinusoidal temperature variation / A. Oleinik, M. Gilts, P. Karataev [et al.] // Journal of Applied Physics. - 2022. - Vol.132, № 20.-Art. 204101. - Doi: 10.1063/5.0124599.
Abstract: The article presents a theoretical and experimental study of the sinusoidal temperature variation of a LiNbO₃ single crystal at an ultra-low frequency of 1-80 MHz. A previously unknown phenomenon of the optimal frequency range with the maximum amplitude of pyroelectric current oscillations is shown
